We stayed at Horsky Hotel Zizkova Bouda for a weekend getaway and were pleasantly surprised with our experience. The staff and owner were incredibly welcoming, despite the ongoing redecorating. The restaurant served delicious Czech food and the breakfast buffet was impressive. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially at night when we could see the stars. The location was fantastic, and the lady at the reception was always helpful. We would love to visit again in the future.
Can just recommend this hotel.

We absolutely got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the view from the terrace was fantastic, especially at night when we could see the stars. The staff, especially the lady at the reception, was amazing - super friendly and always ready to help. She even refilled the breakfast plates and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The location was also perfect for hiking in the mountains.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of food options, especially for vegetarians.

Great location with beautiful views of the mountains and valley. The hotel offered a good value for money, especially with its low price. The staff, although not very experienced in English, were friendly and tried their best to make us comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and was satisfying.
The beds in the rooms were small and not very comfortable. The shared bathroom and toilets were inconvenient, especially in the mornings when there were others waiting to use them.

The food in the restaurant was mind-blowing, absolutely delicious, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The facilities, including the sauna and play room with table tennis and table football, provided great evening activities. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean and well equipped. The location was jaw-dropping, perfect for our dog to run around. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, assisting us with our car and speaking fluent English. We highly recommend this place for an excellent value for money experience, with clean rooms, a classic and tasty dinner menu, and an impressive fireplace for drying wet clothes and shoes. The breakfast was great, with fresh bread rolls. The staff was nice, and the WC and shower were clean.

I had a wonderful stay at a classic mountain house nestled in a stunning location with direct access to the slopes. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, and the value for money was excellent. The room and shower were simple but clean, and I loved being able to warm up by the fireplace in the restaurant after a day of skiing. The dinner menu offered delicious, classic meals that satisfied my cravings.

Nice mountain hotel with beautiful view on mountains. Small and old-ish room, but fine for one night. Friendly staff! Shower and toilet on floor. Plus, great value and hospitable. Fireplace in restaurant for drying wet clothes and shoes. Good breakfast buffet, although unsure of hours.

The restaurant at this hotel serves characteristic Czech cuisine. I had the most delicious goulash that was like a warm hug on a cold winter's day, and their dumplings were as fluffy as a cloud. It was a true culinary experience!
Elevation for some.
